Contact Industry Hub Call Centre & BPO Profiles

The Contact Industry Hub - Call Centre / Contact Centre / BPO business profile tool is the most effective way to create and to promote a standardised view of your business. The CIH Profile Tool has been specifically developed to effectively communicate all of the non-confidential aspects of your operation in a format that makes it easy for your domestic and international client prospect to really understand all of the key aspects of your organization. As you will see, the CIH Profile Tool presents an easy to comprehend profile and reports that makes comparing "apples-with-apples" really easy.


Your Profile

The CIH Profile Tool allows you to input over 200 fields of specific and alternative answer information. In addition, the tool provides you with the facility to enter and up-load many optional texts and graphics - for example, your organisation's Vision & Mission statements, published HR policies, client testimonials etc. You can add your company's logo, location maps, and brochures and there is even a facility for a photo gallery. Remember - the CIH Profile Tool is intended to provide your operation with an opportunity to present the facts about your business in a clear and concise manner. You are in absolute control of the total content. Only information that you input will show in the profile reports.

VERIFIED STATUS

Profiles completed online by registered users will be shown on the CIH website as "non-verified" and will depict all information as entered by yourselves "in good faith". Profiles listed as "non-verified" have a grey colourkey on the CIH web site. All "verified" profiles show with a distinctive green key. Profile verification does not constitute an audit of a call centre and does not provide any guarantees. Verification indicates that the facilities checked by C3Africa consultants are as stated in the profile.

C3Africa Consulting has been selected to deal with the administrative side of the Profile Section for the Contact Industry Hub, and carries out all the profile verifications. Should your company wish to upgrade to "verified" status an accredited consultant appointed by Contact Industry Hub will visit your call centre / contact centre / BPO centre to carry out a simple verification. The cost of verification will depend on location, size and type of operation.
